About Me

Life and health struggles took a toll on me from sitting behind a desk working 10 hour shifts. A changed needed to happen due to the added weight gain, anxiety and depression. My personal challenge started when I left a Corporation that under valued my talents as a bodyworker.  It was in December of 2020 when a began my road to self healing and I started to implement all my knowledge that I have learned over the years as a Massage Therapist/Aesthetician. Exercise is part of my daily routine; walking/hiking, weight training and paddle boarding all became apart of my daily wellness. I am able to empathize and understand with my clients that are struggling by sharing my journey in order to provide a customized plan from Permanent Makeup (PMU),  energy work, a relaxing massage, facial, Derma Plaining, Micro Needling or a combination treatment.

We provide our clients in Phoenix, Arizona a unforgettable treatment allows you to enter into a state of being that will relieve and/or reduce stress, anxiety, and provide other wellness service to cater to your needs.
